shot reverse shot structure- used in conversations to make a relation between two people

action match-when and action starts in one shot and finishes in another

cross cutting/parallel action- to show two things happening at once
 in two locations and leads the audience into the audience

insert shot-a close up shot of information

eye line match-gives a firsts person perspective and tries to keep the continuity of angle level
